A password reset will usually fix the issue. To reset the password yourself:

From a computer - Click the purple PASSWORD RESET button at top left and follow the on-screen directions.
From a mobile device - Scroll to the bottom of the home screen and click on Mobile Password Reset to access the on-screen directions.
