Outlook for Mac: How to Create a Group Contact List
To create Group Contact List in Outlook for Mac: Confirm you’re not using New Outlook for Mac. You can tell by looking to the top right of the Outlook window. Setting Audio Output for System, Teams, and Skype for Business
For the phone, if you want it to come out of your speakers, go to audio settings at bottom right (the little speaker icon) and right-click to choose Sound Settings. Make sure your Output device is selected as “Speakers/Headphones.” (Your screen may be a little different as I’m on Windows 11 in Dark Mode, but this is the general idea). Here’s a little guide if it’s easier to follow. In addition, within Teams, you may then need to change the audio Speaker to “Speakers/Headphones.” This is under the three dots “Settings” next to your profile image. Choose “Devices” and make sure under Speaker that you see “Speakers/Headphones” Skype for Business has a similar setup, so if you want phone calls through your speakers you’d have to go into the Gear for Options, select Audio Device, the “PC Mic and Speakers.” Unless you use a headset, where you would select that device. Zoom is also its own creature, but if you go to the meeting down left corner and click on the caret next to the mic symbol you can pick both your input and output. Again, choose Speakers/Headphones if you want the sound to come out of your PC speakers.
